March 2010. The 2nd Annual Biofuels Beltway March. During this event, which will be held on 22-23 March, participants will directly discuss with key decision-makers in Washington, DC about ethanol policies, including midlevel ethanol blends, blender pumps, and VEETC. Also includes one-on-one time with key Obama executives as well as a legislative briefing. Organized by the American Coalition for Ethanol (ACE).
April 2010. Pennsylvania Biofuel Development Conference. Sponsored by the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture, this one-day event aims to provide information to biodiesel producers on what should be expected when the state’s B2 mandate goes into effect May 1. The conference will be held on April 20, 2010 at the Pennsylvania Farm Show Complex & Expo Center in Pennsylvania’s capital city of Harrisburg.
May 2010. 3rd annual Biofuels International Expo & Conference Europe. To be held in Prague, Czech Republic from 5-6 May 2010, the programme includes a broad outlook on the Biofuels Industry in Europe, followed by three dedicated afternoon streams focusing on the in-and-outs of each sector. Organized by Biofuels International magazine with the support of the European Commission.
June 2010. Advanced Biofuels Workshop. Organized by the BBI International, this one-day workshop will feature expert presentations and discussions on advanced technology updates, algae and second-generation feedstock development, market challenges and trends, R&D activities, policy, finance, and project development among others. The workshop is scheduled for 14 June 2010 at the America’s Center in St. Louis, MO.
