Noise at Clearfield ethanol plant resolved

GantDaily reports that noise issues at an ethanol plant were addressed in a Clearfield Borough Council meeting in Pennsylvania. Apparently, there was a drop in water pressure in the boilers, which causes steam to build up, and when released is very loud. Code enforcement officer Larry Mack revealed that the ethanol plant is dropping their production by about 80% until they can unload some of the ethanol they have produced.
