Biodiesel and Ethanol Investing

Des Moines Register reports that Iowa’s Department of Economic Development (IDED) has sought to recoup tax credit incentives granted to Verista Imaging, Fusion Communications, Southern Iowa BioEnergy, and Plum Building Systems, through Iowa’s Department of Revenue. IDED spokeswoman Kay Snyder wouldn’t provide explanations about how much is being sought, whether any money has been repaid or why the case was referred to the revenue department for collection.
