Biodiesel and Ethanol Investing

The Star Press reports that Cardinal Ethanol released financial information painting a positive picture of its Muncie, Indiana plant’s future. The positive report was released two days after the company released its financial performance. Cardinal Ethanol said it expects to report positive net income for the quarter ending Sept. 30. One year after opening, Cardinal Ethanol continues to operate at full capacity–100 million gallons of ethanol a year–and employs nearly 50 people.
