California working to build more alternative fuel stations
Energy Tribune reports that California is having difficulty building 150 to 200 alternative fueling stations in the state’s major highways. With less than 10 months until 2010, only 24 hydrogen fueling stations are operating in California. Car makers are developing models to meet increasing fuel economy standards, with an eye on greenhouse gas emissions reduction policies.
