Domestic Fuel reports that President-elect Barack Obama has named his picks for the positions of U. S. Secretary of Energy, White House Coordinator of Energy and Climate Policy, and lead White House Council on Environmental Quality. The designees are very pleasing and acceptable to The National Biodiesel Board because of their environmentally-friendly energy backgrounds. Obama’s and Congress’ new comprehensive policy is hoped to be one that is alternative-fuel friendly and environmentally aware. This seems likely judging from the new energy and environmental designees.
