Senator Harkin Says Ethanol Keeps Gas Cheaper
TheHill.com reports that Senator Tom Harkin says ethanol is keeping gas prices up to $0.40 cheaper. Harkin expects the Bush Administration to deny any requests for the EPA to reduce its ethanol blending mandate.
