Durmundo Joins Ethanol Joint Venture Project
Ethanol Producer Magazine reports that Southridge Enterprises Inc. added Durmundo Carasca SA as a joint venture partner for its planned ethanol facility in Brazil. Durmundo will provide $5 million and will receive a 15% interest on the plant.
