Dow and NREL Teaming on Biomass-to-Ethanol Project
Biomass Magazine reports that Dow Chemical and the DOE’s National Renewable Energy Laboratory have agreed to develop a biomass-to-ethanol process together. The project does not have a start date at this time. Dow’s special technology will help convert synthesis gas into alcohols such as ethanol.
