Tri-State Biodiesel to Fuel FreshDirect Trucks with Biodiesel
Energy Business Review reports that Tri-State Biodiesel will begin fueling its FreshDirect delivery trucks with biodiesel made from waste restaurant oil. FreshDirect will phase-in the biodiesel over the next two months and by February 2008 it will be the largest private trucking fleet in New York City. Tri-State is counting on saving about 7.5 million pounds of CO2 a year.
