The Shaw Group Developing Louisiana Biodiesel And Ethanol Plants
2theadvocate.com reports that The Shaw Group has proposed two biofuel plants in south Louisiana. One of the plants will produce biodiesel, and the other plant will produce ethanol. The company expects to invest a total of $1.5 billion in the projects.
The ethanol plant and biodiesel plant should be completed and operational before the end of 2007.
